This is something you won’t find with a lot of other merch companies. The majority of tours/gigs are staffed via referral or in most cases, some random resume in a manager's inbox or whoever the company can get at that time. Unless that person has a strong reputation, you get what you get without any real vetting and you find out their weaknesses at the expense of the band's sales and the other crew members that have to live with them.
We may not have some massive roster of people, but it’s quality over quantity with Brothers Merchandise. The reps we do use have been put through merch sales boot camp. You may already know how we work, but if you don’t.. we strongly encourage you to ask somebody. Our people have been trained to the finest detail of live entertainment merchandise sales from inventory, to properly displaying products, cash management, all forms of POS systems, how to organize a booth to have swift and efficient movements to expedite sales, advancing with the venues on booth locations and deal with all types of push back, prompt and friendly customer service, and most importantly, upselling. We aim to sell every customer more items than what they intended to buy.
